The gathering was a big success! Good company, good food and a very nice place - thanks to Pik Ha.
Reminiscing with old friends made me feel 19 again, at least for a while. Ping Lin was moved to tears at first, but soon was her old self again. She kept us amused the rest of the evening with her sometimes almost child-like manner in recollection, spiced with some mischievous rebuttal from Yip.
They each claimed to be top prize winner in the talentime. Crocodile Rock vs. Tom Dooley..... actually who won? Or maybe they were both winners - in different competitions!
Meaningful!

The winner of the talentine contest was Cindelolo, starring none other than our highly talented Kheng Seng as the leading performer, Cindelolo, herself or himself :-. The crooning rendition of "Crocodile Rock" and "Holiday" with Philip on the guitar, lead to some teary gals among the audience, much to the envy of the guys...
